You're already powerful I simply want to help you believe it. I'm not the coach to work with if your goal is ONLY weight loss. Weight and fat loss CAN happen, but the primary goal for my clients is to FEEL better, to move with ease and to feel strong and capable of doing hard things. I focus on building a strong core foundation and emphasizing mobility and stability to become in tune with your body, using equipment like kettlebells to push you out of your comfort zone, safely and with confidence.
Although I work with many bodies, my niche within strength training are ALL those who identify as woman, with a subspecialty of pre-postpartum coaching. My clients are either new to or returning to physical fitness after an injury, pregnancy or long hiatus, or are simply looking to strength train to compliment their lifestyles. Yes we all have 24 hours in a day, but how that time is used is different for each individual, my goal is to create a sustainable practice with strength and nutrition, that works for YOU, not just in the next 12 weeks, but in the long term.

Self-Led Custom Programming Blocks
Program designed to meet your needs, goals and equipment access. Includes initial consultation and physical assessment, written descriptions and videos delivered via app or spreadsheet based on your preference. The 6 weeks custom blocks includes no coaching or feedback other than initial assessment, the 12-week block includes a 30 minute catch up at the end of week 5 to discuss progress to date and to allow for any adjustments for the remaining weeks.
This is a great option for anyone who is comfortable at the gym/working out on their own and simply needs a program to help them reach their goals.

Programming + Fitness Coaching

This offering allows for weekly programming updates + session feedback with 24/hr response times via email/messenger as well as unlimited video reviews and feedback.

Nutrition coaching is meant to help you build sustainable habits that focus on health and performance instead of restriction.
